Recipient(s) will be awarded at WSCGA Annual State Rep Meeting
Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant must be female

2. Must have an Active South Carolina GHIN Handicap

3. Demonstrated interest in golf rules and officiating

4. Commitment to volunteer at WSCGA events: -

Minimum of working 3 tournament days as a volunteer before the grant. -

Additional 8 tournament days volunteering after attending the USGA Rules School.
