    BYOB: Build Your Own Business is a new quarterly event focused on bringing new, existing, and local entrepreneurs together to learn, connect, and grow. Each session will cover a different topic that supports small businesses at every stage, whether you’re just getting started or looking to build on what you already have.

    Time: 5:30-7:00 pm

    Where: The Courtyard - 214 E State St, Jefferson, IA 

    Fee: Free! 

    Registration: Appreciated, but not required.

    5:30 pm – Check-in, light refreshments, and pizza
    5:45 pm – Welcome and panel discussion begins
    Session topic: Intro to Resources: Learn about local tools, programs, and support available for businesses
    7:00 pm – Event wraps up

    Nikki Uebel (with Remax) will kick things off with a welcome, followed by short presentations from representatives of Grow Greene County Development Corporation (GCDC), the City of Jefferson, Jefferson Matters, and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Each panelist will speak for about 10 minutes, with time built in for questions and discussion.
