  • We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2026 Vision & Vibe Fest, a lively celebration of creativity and community! Join us at Westmont Veterans Memorial Park on September 12 and 13, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for a family-friendly festival hosted by the Village of Westmont and assisted by Westmont Special Events Corporation. Experience a weekend bursting with art demonstrations, live music, theatre, dance, and countless surprises. Come be part of a vibrant gathering where artists and neighbors connect through culture and inspiration!

    Calling all artists: share your talent at the Vision & Vibe Fest! Applications are open until Saturday, August 1. The Westmont Special Events team will review each submission, seeking a dynamic mix of media, fresh perspectives, and creative flair from both emerging and seasoned artists. All applicants will receive an email update about their participation by Friday, August 7. If selected, you will receive more details to help you prepare for this unforgettable weekend.

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AND CHECK THE BOX BELOW IF YOU AGREE:

  • *My participation in the Westmont Vision & Vibe Fest is voluntary and free of charge.

    *I understand that this is a family-friendly event. My artwork will reflect this expectation. 

    *I am responsible for my own setup, teardown, equipment, materials, and staffing. 

    *All information I provided on this application is accurate. 

    *I understand that by signing up to participate in this event does not ensure my participation at the 2026 Westmont Vision & Vibe Fest. 

    *I agree to comply with all event guidelines determined by Westmont Special Events Corporation.

    *Westmont Special Events Corporation reserves full authority to determine event participants as well as conduct and protocols during the event. 

  • Artist Waiver

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AND CHECK THE BOX BELOW IF YOU AGREE:

  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the coordinators and volunteers associated with this event, the Village of Westmont, the Westmont Special Events Corporation, the Westmont Park District, and all individuals, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors affiliated with or hired by these organizations. 

    I acknowledge that I will assume full responsibility for my safety, as well as for my artwork, equipment, materials, and any other items I bring or use during the 2026 Vision & Vibe Fest event. This agreement covers any and all injuries, losses, complaints, or claims of any kind arising from, at, or related to the event.
