Why does a dog come in for a wellness exam? Often, the owner has not noticed anything wrong, but during the exam, you might detect an enlarged heart or an early issue that needs attention.
It is the same with us. We do a wellness check on your practice to uncover problems you may not see yet, and we clearly outline the diagnosis for you, and propose options for your treatment plan.
Our Practice Health Check Up includes an:
- HR review
- Workflow Review and
- Financial Review
What’s the Process:
First, you (and your manager, if applicable) will have a thirty-minute 1-on-1 discussion with the Operations Team to clarify your goals for the check-up. During this meeting, you'll also schedule the on-site info collection date.
Then a VetCircle Operations team member will visit your practice for a couple of hours to shadow appointments and observe reception, treatment, surgery, and your current workflows. During the visit, we will collect your practice management system reports, review your appointment schedule, and gather your HR documents along with any existing protocols and policies. We will also request your financial statements so we can review your practice's financials.
After 3 weeks, we'll schedule a 1-1.5 hour presentation to go over our findings and diagnosis of the main challenges and priority needs for your practice.
