Annually, visitors to Lincoln County, Nebraska spend more than $121 million, generate more than $10 million in state and local taxes, and support approximately 1,530 jobs with a payroll of just under $35 million.

What keeps these visitors coming to Lincoln County is more than our attractions, events, lodging, and restaurants; what makes North Platte and Lincoln County memorable is our people – the people within our tourism businesses who make our visitors feel welcome and deliver excellent customer service.

The Excellence in Service Awards are geared towards promoting performance excellence within our local tourism industry. These awards recognize individuals and organizations which have demonstrated best practices and offer excellent customer service to our visitors.

The winners will be announced during the Excellence in Service Awards Luncheon scheduled for May 6, 2026 at Venue304.
