Summer Camp Registration (2026)

We’re excited to announce that Summer Camp registration is officially open at We Rock the Spectrum!

Our summer camp is designed to be inclusive of ALL children and ALL abilities, providing a fun, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive through play, movement, and social connection.

In an effort to better support our neurodiverse families, we are proud to offer an optional 1:1 support opportunity for your child through our partnership with Right Way ABA. This option allows families to secure individualized support during camp for children who may benefit from additional assistance.

Camp Details:

Recommended for children ages 4–12
Children must be potty trained
Exception: Children working with an approved 1:1 aide who is permitted to assist with diaper or pull-up changes
Spots are limited, and camps fill quickly, so we encourage families to register early to secure their child’s place.

Half Day Option:

9am-12pm Morning Session

12pm - 3pm Afternoon Session

9am - 3pm

Food: Please bring snacks and drinks daily as food will not be provided.

Full Summer Registration: 15% Off

Sibling Discount: 15% Off

DEPOSIT:

$150 deposit per child due at time of registration

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

50% of balance (less deposit) due June 1, 2025

100% of balance due July 1, 2025

POLICIES:
Sick Policy:

Please do not send your child to We Rock if he or she is sick. Child must be fever free for 24 hours to return.

In cases of vomiting or diarrhea, must wait 24 hours after illness has ended to return. If illness begins at We Rock, you will be notified immediately and asked to pick up child.

Late Policy:

Parent agrees that pick up time is no later than 12:05. A $10 late charge will be applied after 5 minutes past the scheduled pick up time.

Payment Policy:

All payments are to be made no later than June 1st and July 1st. A $25 late fee will be applied after 5 days late.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Once signed document is received, a WRTS staff member will be in contact to gather registration payment. Additional paperwork and information will be provided following payment.

While we try to accommodate all children, we reserve the right to ask your child to be picked up if their behaviors are harmful towards themselves, other children or staff.
I have reviewed the program and activities of WRTS and feel the child can participate without restrictions, unless otherwise noted.
