I understand that participation in Mini & Me Art Studio painting classes involves art supplies, paints, brushes, and other materials. While all materials are non-toxic and age-appropriate, there is a risk of minor spills, stains, or accidental contact.

I agree to supervise my child during the class and acknowledge that Mini & Me Art Studio, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for injuries beyond reasonable supervision.
