Welcome to the USEL WRO Event Organizer Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a USEL WRO Event Organizer for the 2026 World Robot Olympiad season. This application is intended for schools, programs, universities, and organizations that want to take an active leadership role in expanding WRO opportunities by hosting sanctioned events in their region.

As the national organizer for WRO in the United States, USEL Youth Robotics works closely with approved Event Organizers to support the growth of high quality, consistent, and inspiring robotics competitions. Event Organizers play a critical role in building local robotics ecosystems by providing students with meaningful competitive experiences and clear pathways to regional and national events.

Approved Event Organizers are eligible to host sanctioned WRO tournaments and manage their own events end to end, including team registrations, communications, staffing, venue logistics, and on site operations. USEL provides guidance, standards, and resources to support successful events, while organizers maintain ownership of execution at the local level.

This application helps us better understand your organization, your experience, and your readiness to host WRO events. Please review each section carefully and provide as much detail as possible. Approval as an Event Organizer is subject to review and is granted at USEL’s discretion based on organizational readiness, regional need, and alignment with WRO standards.

Submission of this application does not guarantee approval. USEL reserves the right to approve, deny, or withdraw Event Organizer status if requirements, expectations, or timelines are not met.
