Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Mid-America - Due February 2, 2026
Every profession has a means by which their professionals engage in best practices: whether they call it professional development, continuing education, or on the job training. These are designed to help people hone their skills, sharpen their tools, and stay current on issues and trends. A minister in the Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Mid-America is no exception.

For ministers with Standing in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Mid-America, a total of 15 hours of Professional Development each calendar year is required. These hours are determined by the total number of hours intentionally engaged in the reported source(s).
★ For 2025, list the number of hours you engaged in each area. Note: the total number of hours must add up to, and cannot exceed, fifteen (15).
Education/Continued Learning: classes, workshops, seminars, training(s), webinars, online prayer or bibles study/book study discussions, etc. Up to 15 hours may be accounted for in this Category.*
Cohorts/Clusters/Community: participating in Disciples of Christ Clergy Cluster gatherings; Ecumenical Clergy gatherings or retreats; participating in our Regional Assembly; participating in our General Assembly. Up to 5 hours may be accounted for in this category*
Direction/Therapy/Coaching: sessions with a Certified Spiritual Director, and/or certified mental health therapist, and/or certified Professional Coach. Up to 5 hours may be accounted for in this category.*
