We are excited to welcome children ages 6-12 to attend our Elementary summer programming! We are offering two sessions: children may enroll in mornings only, afternoons only, or both, for a full day. Registration forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the start of each session. Upon submission of registration, an email will be sent to confirm your child's space.

Summer Camp Options
We are offering two sessions Monday - Friday for elementary-aged children* as follows:

Session 1: June 9 - July 10 (no camp on June 19 and July 3)

Session 2: July 13 - August 14
- Elementary Summer Retreat: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Elementary Explorers: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Children may register for mornings only, afternoons only, or both! Children registered for afternoon sessions should bring lunch, and may be picked up anytime between 4-5 pm. Full payment is required at the time of registration (regardless of half-day or full-day options selected).

Enrollment and Payment Responsibilities:

Payment of program fees are due upon registration for the applicable camp. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of applicable camp. An administrative fee of 20% will be applied to all withdrawals. No refunds are available without this written notice in advance.

MCMS will make every effort to run summer camp programs as planned, but in the event any program must be cancelled prior to the first day of the program due to insufficient enrollment or forces and events beyond the school's control, MCMS will notify all enrolled families and issue refunds of program and registration fees.

If, due to forces or events beyond the school's control, MCMS must close the school or cancel a program for one or more weeks after the program has begun, a partial refund of program fees may be offered for full weeks missed. No refunds will be offered for partial week closures or cancellations, or any period when a child is absent from summer programming while it is in session.

*For preschool programs, children must be fully toilet-trained by the beginning of the first selected session, and must be 3 years old by the following September 1. Children who will be at least 6 years old by September 1 and enrolled at MCMS for fall will be invited to join the elementary summer camp. 6-year-olds not enrolled at MCMS for fall may be placed in the Children's House camp, depending on space and availability.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

I understand that by allowing my child to participate in any in-person gathering or activity, I am accepting certain risks. I acknowledge that as children explore, play, and learn at MCMS or under the guidance of MCMS staff, despite appropriate supervision and instruction, students may come into contact with other children, staff, or family, and disregard safety and health precautions. Knowing this, I hold MCMS and its administrators, employees, and agents harmless from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action related to my child or any member of my family contracting or coming into contact with communicable disease while engaging in educational activities, programs, or gatherings under the supervision of MCMS.
By submitting this registration, I agree to all of the responsibilities for health and safety, enrollment and payment, and the assumption of risk and waiver of liability above.
