Out of Region Level 4
To receive funding the official must work a minimum of 2 sessions at the competition. The two sessions do not need to be both as Referee. Applications are due two weeks before the RCR.

National Meet or Nationally Recognized Meet (OJI)

Level 5 requirement
To receive funding the official must work a minimum of 2 sessions at the competition. The two sessions can be any officials positions. Applications are due 1 month before the meet.
