We invite you to help us celebrate Labor Day Weekend in Custer!

This fun event will take place in Way Park in Custer. The registration fee provides each craft vendor with a space of 10' x 10' in size. All materials must be provided by the exhibitor (tables, chairs, shelter, etc.) This is an outdoor show and will be on grass. It will be to your benefit to bring appropriate shelter as the weather is unpredictable. Fees are non-refundable after August 26. SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS.

REGISTRATION FEE: Craft booths are $50.00; Food vendors are $75.00. We will do our best to accommodate requests for site locations. A limited number of sites with electricity are available for an additional fee. Please call to check the availability of electricity prior to applying. Vendors requesting electricity must provide their own extension cords, and all cords must be 3-wire-grounded and LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS. (No cords will be provided)

Lamp guards must be used for any type of lighting and vendors are subject to health department inspection. All food vendors MUST obtain a temporary food license from the State of South Dakota. These must be applied for no less than two weeks in advance of the show.

ADVERTISED SHOW TIMES: Friday 4:00 PM-6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Farmer's Market booths will be set up at 8 AM; others are welcome to join them), and Sunday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please plan to be set up and ready for business by each day's start. Your area must be cleaned up at the close of each day.

SET-UP: The area will be available BEGINNING at 1PM on Friday, September 4.

Limited Space Available. Register early.

Any property damage caused by the vendor will be the responsibility of the vendor in his/her designated area. Please unload your vehicle and then park on Washington Street behind the courthouse before setting anything up. This will allow other vendors access for unloading. Parking spaces are limited when unloading.

Spaces must be paid in advance. There are limited electrical spaces available. If you need electricity, be sure to apply early. Please specify what type of power is required.

You may load and unload your vehicle at your specific location but you MUST move your vehicle as soon as it is unloaded.
We also request that you be courteous to other vendors and unload and move your vehicle prior to setting up your booth,
allowing others access to their area for unloading.

Any damage to the area will be the sole responsibility of the vendor using that area. The Custer Chamber is not responsible
for loss/damage to vendor property, please secure your space when not present.

REMEMBER: NO STAKING OF TENTS, BE PREPARED TO ANCHOR WITH WEIGHTS. DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF LIMITED SPACE, ALL VENDORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO STAY WITHIN THE 10 X 10 ALLOTED SPACE. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN THROUGH THE ENTIRE SHOW.

Security will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
