  • Do you anticipate any extended leave or schedule conflicts during the pilot period?*
  • The pilot requires using Feedback Forward exit tickets in at least 2 classes, at least 4 days per week for 6 weeks, completing weekly surveys, and attending three 1-hour video calls. Do you foresee any issues with meeting these expectations?*
