Owner is not enrolling any dog with a condition that could jeopardize the health of other dogs or people and confirms no communicable condition within 30 days prior to enrollment. Owner understands that even vaccinated dogs may contract kennel cough or other dog-transmitted illnesses and agrees not to hold Camp Rockford responsible.
