Service Agreement
This Agreement is between Wild Adventure Travels (“Travel Advisor”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).
1. Services
Travel Advisor provides professional travel planning services, including research, itinerary design, booking assistance, and general travel support.
2. Fees
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable travel planning and/or booking fee prior to any services being rendered. This fee compensates the Travel Advisor for time, expertise, and administrative services and is separate from all travel costs.
3. Payments to Suppliers
All travel-related payments (airfare, hotels, cruises, tours, etc.) are paid directly to travel suppliers unless otherwise stated. Travel Advisor does not hold or process supplier funds for personal use.
4. Pricing & Availability
Travel prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment is made to the supplier. Travel Advisor is not responsible for price changes imposed by suppliers.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Any changes requested after booking may result in additional service fees. Supplier cancellation and refund policies apply and may be non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travel Advisor acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, or losses.
7. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
