    Registration Policies and Agreements

  • Cancellation Policy

    1. 등록 취소를 요청하신 날짜에 따라 penalty를 제외한 나머지 액수를 다음과 같이 환불해 드립니다.

    • 6월 7일까지 취소: 총 등록비의 10%를 제외한 나머지 환불
    • 6월 8일 ~ 6월 14일까지 취소: 총 등록비의 20%를 제외한 나머지 환불
    • 6월 15일 ~ 6월 21일까지 취소: 총 등록비의 30%를 제외한 나머지 환불
    • 6월 22일 ~ 6월 27일까지 취소: 총 등록비의 50%를 제외한 나머지 환불
    • 6월 27일 이후 취소: 환불 불가

    2. 아래의 사항에 해당되는 경우 현지에서 등록이 거부 될 수 있습니다.

    • 등록자의 성명 및 생년월일이 기재되어 있는 Photo ID 가 없는 경우
    • 등록 시 기재 내용이 사실과 다른 경우
    • 등록비가 완납되지 않은 경우

    3. KOSTA/USA 는 Wheaton College 와의 장소 사용 계약 규정에 따라, 다음의 내용들을 허용할 수 없습니다.

    • 대리 참석
    • 장외 숙박
    • 숙소 내 취사
    • 숙소 임의 변경
    • 숙소에 배정받은 자 이외 타인의 숙소 사용

  • Medical Agreement

    2026년 6월 29일부터 7월 2일까지 Wheaton College 에서 열리는 KOSTA/USA 컨퍼런스 기간 중 본인 및 가족 구성원에게 발생 할 수 있는 모든 부상 및 의료 손실에 대하여 전적인 책임을 지기로 동의합니다.

    I agree to assume all responsibility for any injuries and/or medical losses that may occur to me and/or my family members while attending the KOSTA/USA Conference at Wheaton College from June 29 - July 2, 2026.

  • Photo/Media Agreement


    2026년 6월 29일부터 7월 2일까지의 KOSTA/USA Conference 기간 중 등록자가 포함된 사진/비디오 자료 사용을 KOSTA/USA 에 허락합니다. 

    I grant KOSTA/USA permission to use photographs and videos taken of me while attending the KOSTA/USA Conference, June 29 - July 2, 2026. I understand that the photographs and videos are being taken for use in official KOSTA/USA materials (print, web, and other media) and will be used at the professional discretion of KOSTA/USA staff.

  • Copyright/Privacy Agreement


    2026년 6월 29일부터 7월 2일까지의 KOSTA/USA Conference 기간 중 제공되는 모든 프로그램은 상업적 혹은 개인적 목적으로 사용될 수 없으며, 녹화 및 녹음이 허용되지 않습니다. 

    I agree that all materials provided during the KOSTA/USA Conference, June 29 - July 2, 2026, may not be used for commercial and/or personal purposes, and that video and audio recording of any materials is prohibited.
