YANE LUX EVENTS
EVENT DECOR & RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement carefully before signing.
1. EVENT DETAILS
This agreement is entered into between Yane Lux Events (“Company”) and the Client listed below.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Yane Lux Events agrees to provide event décor and/or rental services as outlined in the client’s invoice, proposal, or written communication.
All designs, colors, quantities, and layouts are finalized by Yane Lux Events unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any services not listed are not included.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
• A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total invoice is required to secure the event date.
• The booking deposit will be applied toward the total balance.
• A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for rental items. This deposit is separate from the booking deposit.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.
• Installment payment plans may be available but must be paid in full before the event.
• Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES
The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, provided all rental items are returned in original condition.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 35% of the total event cost.
• Rescheduling is permitted based on availability. If approved, the booking deposit may be transferred to a new date.
6. CHANGES TO EVENT SETUP
• Any changes to design, layout, or services must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event date.
• All changes must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
• No changes will be accepted within 14 days of the event.
7. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
• Client is responsible for securing venue access, permits, and approvals.
• Setup and breakdown times will be coordinated in advance.
• Yane Lux Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, late access, or client interference.
8. OUTDOOR DECOR DISCLAIMER
Outdoor balloon décor is not guaranteed due to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, or humidity.
Yane Lux Events is not responsible for balloons popping, deflating, or shifting after setup is completed.
By booking outdoor décor, the Client assumes all related risks.
9. LIABILITY WAIVER
Yane Lux Events is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses occurring during or after the event.
The Client assumes full responsibility for all guests, children, and venue conditions and agrees to release Yane Lux Events from all liability.
10. PHOTOS & MARKETING
Yane Lux Events reserves the right to photograph and record the event setup for portfolio, website, and social media use unless the Client submits a written request opting out prior to the event.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Yane Lux Events shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
12. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
