Our Rec+ teams are led by parent coaches and supported by professional coaching oversight. No prior coaching experience is required — we provide training plans, guidance, and ongoing support so you’re never on your own. To ensure a safe and positive environment for all players, parent volunteers complete a simple background check and SafeSport certification, both provided at no cost. If you’re interested in helping create a fun, positive experience for your child’s team, we’d love to hear from you.

How Rec+ Coaching Works

Volunteer Parent coaches lead team activities and games, while our staff provides weekly training plans, age-appropriate curriculum, and on-field support during training and match days. The goal is simple: fun first, structure provided, kids supported.
