This contact list of "responsible person's" will be used by our on course security, event management and Tasmanian Police to ensure that your safety and those of your guests is assured and everyone has a marvellous and memorable day.

I understand that by signing and sending this booking form I confirm that I have read the terms and conditions contained below and will abide by them. Please return the completed booking form by Wednesday 18th FEB 2026 with payment to the Tasmanian Turf Club, P.O. Box 340, Mowbray 7248. (If your application is not received by the above date it will be taken that you do not require your car park and it will be re-allocated). Please note a 50% cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is received later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Confirmation-All car spaces are subject to availability and the terms and conditions hereunder. Terms & Conditions 1.0 Use of Facility 1.1 Car Parking clients e responsible for ists on their facility and their conduct in their facility. 1.2 The TTC accept no responsibility for security of goods brought onto the facility. 1.3 The TTC felines for Responsible Serving of Alcohol and patrons are instructed not to serve any alcol coholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years, or to guests whe reasonably believed to be in a state of intoxication. 1.4 All clients indemnify TTC against liability for or in respect pect of any claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings, costs, expenses, damage, rsonal injury or death of any person arising out of or in connection with the execution of work at the site, the use of the site by the client or any omission of the client, of their guests, invitees employees, contractors or agents. 2.0 General 2.1 If any part of the Launceston Cup Carnival including without limitation, any race, performance or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond TTC's control, including, without limitations, due to adverse weather conditions, there right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by TTC for the arrangement of a substitute event, performance or any other element. 2.2 Please note car park sites are non transferable 2.3 In the event that you do not require your car space the TTC cannot guarantee that you will retain the same space the following year and this may result in you being placed on a wait list. If you cannot use your space for one year but wish to retain your existing position you may allow another patron's to use your space but retain responsibility for payment. In the event that this occurs the new patron's must sign as the responsible person. are allowed to profit from the transaction.
