  • At OutBark the safety of dogs and all visitors to our centre is our primary concern. To ensure this we do require the following:

Application – All dogs must have completed all of the application details and supply them to OutBark on the first day of your dog’s attendance.

Vaccinations – All puppies must have their final puppy vaccinations before they can visit the centre. For mature dogs you must provide written proof of your dog’s up to date vaccination information to be supplied on the first day of attendance.

Sex – All dogs over 7 months must be neutered or spayed.

Health – Owners must certify that their dog is in good health and has not suffered from an illness in the prior 30 days.  This is to ensure the safety of all the dogs from communicable conditions.

Travel and Quarantine - For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, OutBark is unable to accept dogs that have travelled by plane within the past six months. This policy is in place due to historical documented instances of communicable illness occurring despite standard quarantine measures. As such, we must act in the best interests of the dogs currently attending and prioritise the wellbeing of the broader group.

All information provided regarding travel history must be complete and truthful. Failure to disclose accurate information may place other dogs at risk and may result in refusal of service, removal from care, and legal action where necessary to protect the health and safety of dogs within our care.

Behaviour – We will accept the owner’s assurance regarding their dog’s behaviour.  Any behavioural issues must be documented in the application form. OutBark retains the right to refuse attendance to any dog that demonstrates unsocial, overly fearful, or aggressive behaviour.

Payment – Payment is required at the time of booking for each attendance and is processed via our online booking software. For recurring bookings, payment must be made in advance for the applicable booking period.

Bookings – All attendances must be booked in advance. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated, as daily numbers are capped to ensure the safety of dogs and staff.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the booking time. Cancellations made outside this window will not be eligible for a refund.

What to bring – All dogs must arrive and depart with a collar or harness fitted with ID. and remain on leash at all times. Our team will escort dogs on leash through to the play areas to ensure safe transitions and avoid any mix-ups.

There’s no need to bring toys or treats, as we have plenty available. If your dog has food allergies, specific dietary requirements, or is a young dog requiring a lunch or additional meal, please bring clearly labelled items and let our team know on arrival.

Medication – If your dog requires medication please provide detailed instructions on dosage and frequency.  Clearly label any medication with yours and your dog’s details.

Drop-off & Pick-up - Dogs attending OutBark may be dropped off between 7:00am and 9:30am and collected between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Outside of these times, reception will be unattended as our team is actively supervising dogs in play areas. Entering or calling out during play sessions may disrupt supervision, increase arousal levels and affect group dynamics, so we kindly ask that arrivals and departures occur within the specified hours unless with prior agreement.

Pick-ups more than 10 minutes after closing time will incur a flat late fee of $20 and above to cover additional staff wages. If you are running late, need an early pickup, or require a flexible drop-off or collection time, please contact us via social media in advance so we can coordinate safely and minimise disruption for the dogs.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we’re always happy to be accommodating where possible when we’re notified in advance. If you let us know, we’ll always do our best to help. However late pickups without notice will incur the fees listed above.

OutBark shall not be bound by this release where injury, loss, or damage arises from information that was false, misleading, or withheld by me.

     l) I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability and all OutBark Rules and Regulations, and I accept all terms, conditions, and statements contained herein.
