Half Day & Full Day Hire Options
Half Day Hire (up to 4 consecutive hours):
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): $280 | Weekends (Sat–Sun): $360
Full Day Hire (up to 8 consecutive hours):
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): $520 | Weekends (Sat–Sun): $680
Half day and full day bookings must be taken as consecutive hours within one day.
Multiple Booking / Ongoing Hire Discount
A discounted rate may be offered for:
- Multiple bookings made at the same time
- Ongoing weekly or recurring hires
- Block bookings (e.g. rehearsals, workshops, short-term projects)
Discounts are assessed on a case by case basis and are subject to availability and approval by Spectrum Global Arts.

Private Singing & Acting Room Hire
Intended Use
Private singing and acting rooms are available exclusively for professional vocal training, acting coaching, audition preparation, self-tapes, and structured rehearsal.
These rooms are not available for general studio hire, group classes, or non-training-related use.
Available Hire Times
Private singing and acting rooms are available by appointment only, subject to availability.
Hire times must be strictly adhered to and include set-up and pack-down within the booked period.
Hire Rates: $44 per hour
Half Day Hire (up to 4 consecutive hours): $160
Full Day Hire (up to 8 consecutive hours): $320
All rates are exclusive of GST.
Terms & Conditions of Hire
By submitting a studio hire booking request and/or using the facilities at Spectrum Global Arts, the hirer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Hire Inclusions
Studio hire includes access to the booked room only for the duration of the confirmed booking time. Hire includes standard use of in-room facilities, including sound systems where available.
Studio hire does not include technical support, storage before or after the booking, additional equipment, or access outside the booked time unless agreed in writing.
Access is limited strictly to the room(s) booked.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to approval by Spectrum Global Arts. Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking start time may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of Spectrum Global Arts.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking start time, or failure to attend, will incur the full hire fee.
Refunds or credits are not provided for early finishes, partial use, or unused booking time.
4. Conditions of Hire
All hirers and attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and safe manner at all times.
The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish must be removed by the hirer. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of facilities will be charged to the hirer.
Footwear, props, equipment, and activities must be appropriate for use in a professional dance and performance training environment. Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level with consideration for other building occupants.
Spectrum Global Arts reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or immediately terminate any hire that breaches these Terms & Conditions or does not align with its values, without refund.
5. Prohibited Use
The studio must not be used for any activity or content that is unsafe, sexually explicit, exploitative, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with the professional standards and values of Spectrum Global Arts.
Any use deemed inappropriate or misaligned may result in immediate termination of the hire.
6. Filming, Photography & Content Use
Any filming or photography intended for commercial, promotional, or public use must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved in writing.
Use of the Spectrum Global Arts name, logo, branding, or premises does not imply endorsement and must not be represented as such without prior written consent.
7. Liability & Indemnity
Spectrum Global Arts is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or personal property occurring during the hire period.
The hirer accepts full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all participants and attendees and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spectrum Global Arts, its directors, staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the hire.
8. Insurance
Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $10,000,000 is required where the hire involves:
- External instructors or coaches
- Workshops, classes, or paid sessions
- Commercial activity or public attendance
- Proof of insurance must be provided prior to confirmation of the booking. Spectrum Global Arts may waive this requirement for individual rehearsals or private use at its discretion.
9. Access, Security & Safety
Access is permitted only during the booked hire period. Early entry or overstaying may incur additional charges.
All fire exits, safety equipment, and accessways must remain clear at all times. The hirer is responsible for ensuring all participants follow safety instructions.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Hire.
