2026 WYSI SENIOR AWARD APPLICATION

Eligibility:

2025-2026 WYSI/USA-S registered Premium Athlete in good standing
Anticipated high school graduation date in the spring of 2026 or anticipate receiving GED in the spring of 2026.
Completed application below by May 21, 2026.

The recipients of the awards will be selected by the WYSI Senior Committee. Award winners will be presented at the WYSI Summer Championships.
