    Service Unit 72 will be holding their annual Camporee weekend at Camp Canadensis from May 1-3, 2026. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend! This is a Troop or IRG/Mentor Event - please enter the required information below to register.

  • EVENT INFORMATION

    Who:   Girl Scouts - All Levels

    Where:   Camp Canadensis - 2350 Lake Road, Canadensis, PA 18325

    Date:   Friday, May 1, 2026 (check in after 5:30pm) through Sunday, May 3, 2026 (check out no later than 11am) 

    Cost:   $100 per person (girls and adults) includes all activities, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and an activity patch

    Deposit:   $30 per person, due March 6th 

    Final Balance:   $70 per person, due April 3rd

    Please complete the Camporee Troop Roster (link is below) before completing this form. The roster is required to be attached before you can submit your deposit. 

    After you register with your deposit, we will reach out to you to complete the other parts of your application that we don't already have on file (Training and Certifications, Adult Information, etc.)

    CAMPOREE is RAIN OR SHINE. No refunds or cancellations including the deposit.   If you have questions about registration please email Camporee@borogirlscouts.org.

    All girls and adults attending must be registered for the 2025-2026 membership year. All adults must have a current background check and have completed the child abuse training. Troop Leaders are responsible for confirming that background checks for all adults listed on their troop roster have not expired.  To check your adult troop members' membership status and background check expirationdate go to https://mygirlscouts.org/my-account and select your troop number under My Troop(s).  Troop leaders are responsible for helping your adults get their membership regisration and background checks in order prior to submitting Camporee roster and registration.

    Registration with roster and deposit, is due no later than Friday, March 6, 2026.
    The final payment is due no later than Friday, April 3, 2026.

  • Attendance

    This number is binding upon submittal of your application. The troop will be responsible for the FULL cost for each girl and adult listed below. You can swap 1 person for another, but you cannot reduce your total numbers. If after submitting this application you need to add additional girls or adults, or you have a troop spot to offer another troop, you can only do so with permission from the Camporee Organizer – Natasha DeLaCruz – Camporee@borogirlscouts.org.

  • You will need to submit a NEW and specifically formatted troop roster, and you can use this link to download it. 

    To use it, please follow these steps carefully:

    1) SAVE this copy to your local computer using FILE>DOWNLOAD.   When you save, make sure you name the file with your troop number, and save as an .xlx or .xlsx.   DO NOT TYPE INTO THE SHARED GOOGLE SHEET.

    2) COMPLETE all fields - DO NOT change the format of the roster.  Only fill in the blank sections, including all drop downs (do not fill in the orange sections at the top- they will pre-populate). 

    3) UPLOAD your completed roster to this form to complete registration.  You will not be able to submit this registration and deposit without your roster.

    You will receive a confirmation email and will be contacted by the Camporee team to complete any additional documentation that might be needed.

    If you chose electronic payment, you will be passed to a credit card processing site. If you chose Troop Check please remit within 5 days to: Natasha DeLaCruz, Attn: Camporee 2026 614 Cornwall Court, Hillsborough, NJ 08844. You will be contacted by the Camporee team if your check is not received in a timely manner. Either way you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your registration and the Camporee team will follow up with you to collect any additional information they need for your troop.
