    Family Camp 2026 Reservation Form

  • Reservations due by March 31.

    Notification of reservation status will be sent out on or around April 1.

    • Submitting a Reservation form does not guarantee a spot at camp. Priority will be given to volunteer leaders and groups who share and fill rooms to allow the most campers to attend camp. 
    • This is Part 1 of a 2-part process. Part 2 is Registration which will happen in April, you will hear from our Registrar in that timeframe.

  • Non-refundable Deposit

  • In order to secure a room, you must submit a non-refundable deposit as follows:

    Full-time campers:

    Age 8 and above: $100 per person

    Ages 3 through 7:  $50 per person

    Part-time campers:

    Age 8 and above: $50 per person

    Ages 3 through 7:  $25 per person

  • You may pay the deposit in one of three ways:

    1. Mail a check (no fee)

    • Make out checks to "UMC Family Camp"
    • Mail to Craig Norris, 705 Waltham St, Mountain View, CA 94040

    2. Send a payment via Zelle (no fee)

    • Send to "umcfamilycamp@gmail.com". Access your Zelle account through your online banking app in order to send payments.
      • If you have never used Zelle before, you may have to jump through some hoops due to your bank's security measures. If you do submit a payment through Zelle, please email Craig at familycamp@thenorrises.com so he can look out for the payment.
      • You may see a notice identifying the account owner as "Craig Norris," because Craig is the person who opened the account on behalf of Family Camp.
         

    3. Pay via PayPal (4% fee)

    • Go to this link
      • Additional 4% to cover PayPal processing fees.
      • PayPal offers multiple payment options, including credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers, but all of them result in fees for Family Camp.
      • The total amount due is shown below.
