This two-week professional development program invites high school teachers to Boston and Vermont for an in-depth experience that builds substantive teaching capacity in the Artificial Intelligence Era. Through hands-on workshops and meaningful people-to-person connections, participants will strengthen their teaching abilities with confidence and creativity. The first week focuses on professional training and project-based learning. Participants will learn about Learning Analytics Workflow, Text Mining, Knowledge Tracing, and Supervised Machine Learning, Action Research, and STEAM Applications to improve teaching methods and student engagement. The second week gave participants an in-depth, direct immersion in American education and culture. Through visits to schools, communities, and important cultural landmarks in Boston and Vermont, participants will directly connect classroom learning to real-world practices.
