By submitting this sponsorship registration, the Sponsor agrees to the following:
- Sponsor agrees to provide the selected sponsorship contribution.
- Sponsorship benefits will be provided as outlined in the selected package.
- Sponsor acknowledges benefits are contingent upon timely submission of logos and materials.
- Big Bro Joe Foundation reserves the right to adjust placements to ensure proper event execution.
- Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Sponsor grants permission for the use of business name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Big Bro Joe Foundation is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
- Sponsor agrees to comply with all event policies and venue regulations.
