Support Professional of the Year

The Support Professional of the Year award category celebrates an individual in the civil construction industry whose dedication, skill, and initiative make a real difference to their team and projects. The nominee is recognised for consistently delivering results, supporting colleagues, and contributing in ways that have a meaningful impact on their workplace or community. This award highlights those whose commitment and professionalism set them apart, inspiring others and strengthening the success of every project they touch.

• The nominee must be actively supporting the business or construction project(s) in areas such as administration, operations, human resources, training, or other supporting roles not already recognised in other People’s Awards categories.

• The nominee must be a Queensland based employee.

• The nomination is based on the nominee’s performance from 30 May 2025 to 18 May 2026 only.
  
  
• Only one (1) nominee per category, per company will be accepted in order of submission date.
  
  
• Nominations may be marked down or deemed inelgible if:
  • The submission exceeds the word limit set per criterion, or
  • The submission does not address each criterion.

All nominations must be formally approved by the nominee's employer or authorised representitive by signing this form.

All finalists should be available to attend the Excellence in Civil Construction Awards, held Friday 7 August 2026.

All nominations must be submitted by the closing date listed in the Key Dates section of this form.

If an extension is required, it must be requested prior to the closing date. Late submissions without prior approval will not be accepted. CCF QLD does not guarantee approval of an extension at any time.

Include specific examples of outcomes and impacts and provide supporting evidence such as referee comments from a supervisor, project owner, or client, with names and contact details for verification.
