Please fill out this form only after receiving permission from a coach who endorses your attendance at the Nanaimo Spring Camp, and registering for the camp with the club. After completing the form, you will be directed to payment instructions. Reminders of upcoming payments will be sent to the athlete and parent/guardian emails provided on this form and will include the payment amount, payment deadline, and payment instructions.

The payment schedule for the Nanaimo Spring Camp (hosted by the Calgary Canoe Club) is below. Please note that payment amounts and dates are subject to change, as advised by the Calgary Canoe Club.
The Alberta Sprint Racing Canoe Association (ASRCA) will be contributing financially to eligible Alberta athletes who are attending the Nanaimo Spring Camp (hosted by the Calgary Canoe Club). These athletes will receive a $500 reduction to the final payment, as indicated in the payment schedule above.

Eligible Alberta athletes who will receive a $500 reduction on the final Spring Camp payment must:

-Be a current member, in good standing, of an ASRCA Member Club and have been a member of an ASRCA Member Club in the 2025 summer season
-Be a permanent resident of Alberta
-Have no outstanding fines/fees payable to ASRCA
-Volunteer at the next ASRCA Casino (June 2 and 3, 2026 at the ACE Airport Casino in Calgary), or have someone (i.e. parent/guardian) volunteer on their behalf (specifically if the athlete is under 18 and unable to volunteer).
- Casino positions include general manager, banker, cashier, chiprunner, countroom supervisor, and countroom staff, and do not require previous experience. Shifts are normally from 11am-7pm, 7pm-3:45am, 11pm-3:45am. A sign up system will be shared closer to the date and be first come first serve for the specific positions and shifts.
Please note that there is a $50 late payment fee if payment is received more than 5 days past the due dates indicated.
I meet the criteria above to be an eligible Alberta athlete receiving funding for this event. I understand that by accepting $500 funding from ASRCA towards Spring Camp that I, or someone on my behalf (i.e. parent, guardian, family, friend, etc.), will volunteer at the next ASRCA casino on June 2-3, 2026.I do not meet all the criteria above to be an eligible Alberta athlete and therefore will not receive the $500 ASRCA funding towards the Nanaimo Spring Camp. My spring camp payments can still be made to ASRCA for this event.
