Behind all creation is a living presence - an all-knowing, ever-present, all-loving Source. Known by many names - God, Divine Spirit, the Creator, Higher Power, the Force - it is the well spring from which we come and the ground in which we live.
At our core, we are souls, our deepest essence and highest potential, born of this Source and destined to return to it in union and love. Our body and mind are sacred instruments entrusted to us for the soul’s expression. By tending to their health and balance, we honor them as vessels of consciousness through which the soul may shine in this world.
