2026 PCA Summer Enrichment Camp Registration

PCA’s Summer Enrichment Camp will run from June 1 through July 31, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Early drop-off will be available beginning at 7:30 AM. Summer Camp is open to all students who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. A one-time registration fee of $50 is required and includes a camp T-shirt to be work on field trips. After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee. Registration will be considered complete once payment is received. Weekly tuition is $200 and is due on or before Monday of each week. This fee includes admission to all field trips. Please note that camp will be closed from June 29 through July 3 in observance of Independence Day. A detailed schedule, including field trips, activities, and additional information, will be provided at a later date. I give PCA Summer Camp Staff permission to take my child's picture for PCA related publication purposes such as the school's website, the school's social media platforms, the school's newsletter, or other promotional materials including the BAND summer camp parent's page and future promotions for PCA Summer Camp.
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in Pineview Christian Academy’s Summer Enrichment Program. I further authorize Pineview Christian Academy and its staff to transport my child to and from all scheduled field trips associated with the 2026 Summer Camp program.I also grant permission for my child to participate in all activities conducted on the premises of Pineview Christian Academy, including, but not limited to, laser tag, inflatable water slides, bounce houses, Vacation Bible School, STEM projects, cooking activities, and other related camp events. I acknowledge that participation in camp activities and field trips involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. On behalf of my child, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Pineview Christian Academy, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation in the Summer Enrichment Program. In the event of illness or injury, I hereby authorize Pineview Christian Academy and its representatives to secure appropriate medical treatment for my child, including emergency medical care. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me in such circumstances. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
