  • This two-day, in-person workshop led by Natasha Tony, CEO of Elevate Inclusion Strategies, equips producers, supervisors, production managers, department heads, and other key decision-makers in the media production industry with tools to lead more inclusive productions.

    Through interactive training, participants will learn to foster cultural and psychological safety, address systemic barriers, and apply inclusive leadership practices to hiring, conflict resolution, and workplace dynamics.

    Participants will receive a certificate of completion after the workshop.

    This training is in partnership with DGC Manitoba, ICG Local 669, and IATSE Local 856.

    • OSM members: $125 + GST
    • Non-members: $200 + GST
    • DGC Manitoba /ICG 699/ACTRA Manitoba members: $0 (membership will be confirmed by the unions)
    • IATSE 856 members: $100 + GST (membership will be confirmed by the union)

     

  • DGC Manitoba, ICG Local 669, and ACTRA Manitoba full members can register for this course free of charge. We will follow up with your union to ensure your membership is in good standing. Permittees are not eligible.

          Cancellations made at least two full business days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two business days of the event or for no-shows.

          On Screen Manitoba reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if minimum registration is not met. If the event is canceled, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
