May 5 -7th, 2026: Novotel Hotel, Vaughan Ontario
Evening offsite activity: May 5th (included with the purchase of any one or two day tickets)
Breakfast: May 6th and May 7th (included with Full 2 Day Ticket)
Lunch: May 6th and May 7th (included with 1 Day tickets & Full 2 Day Tickets)
Dinner and Reception will take place on May 6th (included with Full 2 Day Tickets or additionally purchased)

Register your information below. You must complete a registration form for each attendee.
Once we receive your registration we will send you an invoice that you can pay by credit card or cheque through Quickbooks. Invoices are payable upon receipt and must be made by at least two weeks prior to the conference. Please note, you can register and pay later (this fiscal year vs. last year). If you intend to come, please register now so we can track numbers, and you may pay later.
Special group rates have been negotiated with Novotel Vaughan. Hotel reservations to be made separately and rate codes are sent once this form is completed.
Conference Registrations are non-transferable are non-refundable after April 10th, 2026, before this date conference registrations are refundable less a $75 (+HST) administration fee.
