Event Name: Love Me Heal Me Galentine’s – Single Ladies Edition

1. Sponsorship Investment:
The Sponsor agrees to submit the agreed-upon sponsorship payment via accepted payment methods. Sponsorship benefits and next steps will be provided only after payment has been confirmed. Sponsor must reply to the confirmation email to avoid delays in the process.
2. No Guarantee of Sales or Results:
Sponsor acknowledges that participation as a sponsor does not guarantee sales, clients, or specific outcomes. Healing Hands & Hearts Ministries makes no promises or warranties regarding sales, leads, or engagement resulting from this sponsorship.
3. Promotional Materials & Deadlines:
Sponsors may submit promotional materials including:
Flyers
Business cards
Promotional items or products for gift/pink bags
All materials must be received no later than January 31 (one week prior to the event).
Drop-off location details will be provided after sponsorship payment has been confirmed.
4. Photo & Video Submissions:
Sponsor agrees to submit:
One high-quality photo (no selfies, plain background)
One promotional video (1–1.5 minutes)
Video must include:
Sponsor’s full name
Business name
Statement that they are a proud sponsor of the event(Love Me Heal Me Galentines Brunch:S.I.N.G.L.E. Ladies Edition hosted by Brittany Foster Cathron & Semeca McLawyer of Healing Hands and Hearts Ministries )
Videos must have good lighting and a clean background.
*Videos must be submitted within 24–48 hours to ensure timely and effective promotion.
5. Media Release & Usage Rights
Sponsor grants Healing Hands & Hearts Ministries and Brittany Foster Cathron permission to use submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media related to this event only.
6. Social Media & Contact Information:
Sponsor agrees to provide:
Social media platforms for promotion
Preferred contact information for public sharing
Sponsor will submit a brief bio (3–5 sentences) describing your business and/or services.(Includes business and/or services name and how to access products and/or services.)
7. Communication:
Sponsor must provide a valid email address and respond to emails promptly. Failure to respond may result in delays or forfeiture of promotional opportunities.
8. Agreement Acceptance:
By submitting payment and participating as a sponsor, Sponsor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
9. Signatures:
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Sponsorship Agreement.
