WELCOME
The purpose of this form is to collect and organize requested needs for a community-based mutual aid effort serving the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area(s). You may use this form to request help for yourself or on behalf of a client, family member, or neighbor who feels they are facing an increased safety risk due to recent immigration enforcement activity in our area.
WE AIM TO HELP OUR NEIGHBORS WITH:
- Providing or delivering a limited number of frozen meals
- Picking up grocery orders that have already been purchased
- Laundry assistance for individuals or families who rely on laundromat services
- School or daycare drop-off or pickup (one-time or recurring)
- Pickup and delivery of medications that have already been paid for
- Transportation to and/or accompaniment to appointments
- Other similar, short-term community support needs
PRIVACY, SAFETY, & COMMUNICATION
This form is hosted on Jotform and responses are encrypted. Submissions can be accessed only by a small intake team and identifying information will be shared on an as-needed basis with neighbors willing to help and/or with members of New Hope for Immigrants - dependent on the nature of your need.
