Advisory boards are a critical component of the NAF design, especially when it comes to increasing opportunities for students to participate in work-based learning activities. Additionally, successful advisory boards leverage connections to raise awareness and build community support. NAF's Advisory Board Champion Award recognizes an individual board member who has exercised extraordinary leadership towards these goals.

NAF Next 2026 will be an in-person conference from July 6-9, 2026, in Oxon Hill, MD. Award winners receive complimentary registration, airfare (up to $700), (3) hotel nights, and will be recognized on stage during the Celebration Dinner.
