APPLICATION PROCESS
These are the steps of the Application process. The application process may end at any time if the CSW administration fills the position with another candidate, decides to eliminate the position, or determines that the applicant is not the right fit for CSW.

2. Phone Screening Interview
3. Meeting with Division Principal or Department Head
4. (For Faculty Positions) In-person interviews with CSW Administration (and potentially current faculty members). Typically, this consists of three to four 30-45 minute meetings and an opportunity to observe one or two CSW classes.
5. (For Faculty Positions) Applicant will guest teach while being observed by CSW Administration (and potentially current faculty members).
6. Offer extended to applicant
