Attention Kerr County teens (8th–12th grade), you are invited to the first Rest & Reset Teen which is a two‑hour program offering practical, evidence‑based strategies for coping with stress, trauma, and grief.
In the wake of recent floods, ongoing recovery efforts, and everyday pressures of school, activities, and friendships, teens need healthy tools to manage stress.
Snacks and drinks will be provided!
Must register to attend and be eligible to win one of our door prizes!
Participants will experience:
Mind–body (somatic) movement
Artistic expression
Sound bowl therapy
Non‑needle ear seed auricular therapy (for adults)
Storytelling for healing and connection
Experts lead the program from:
MHDD (local mental health authority)
HCCADA (local substance use prevention authority)

Kifferie Corley, LPC, AcuDetox Specialist & 5NP Registered Trainer
Ms. Brehm and Ms. Corley have supported the Kerr County and Hunt communities since the early days of the July Fourth Flood recovery and remain dedicated to local youth health and healing!
