We are planning for the 2026-2027 school year. By completing this Intent To Enroll Form by March 15th, 2026, we can guarantee a hold is placed on your child's spot. This form lets us know your family’s intention to enroll. This form is not a final enrollment contract, but helps us plan staffing, space, and materials.

If you are planning on returning next year, please indicate if your child plans to enroll in the Full-Time of Short-Term Program and if there are any changes with your current situation.

If you are enrolling additional children, please fill-out the application on our website. This form is only for current participants.
