2025 - 2026 NSBE Chapter Relief Form

This form is for NSBE Jr and Collegiate chapters to apply for chapter relief sponsored by Amazon. Chapters will receive between $1,000 - $2,000.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Active NSBE Jr or Collegiate chapter status between August 1, 2025 - March 6, 2026.
- Proof of payment related to chapter membership fees, travel and/or housing for 2025 Regional Leadership Conference, 2025 Fall Regional Conference, or the 2026 Annual Convention
  - Receipts must show the debit / credit card assigned to the chapter, advisor, president, or finance chair and the date of purchase.
  - No relief will be given to receipts indicating paid for by grant or sponsorship.
Application Process and Timeline:
- Chapter Advisor, President, or Finance Chair submits application by Monday, March 30, 2026 at 11:59PM EST.
- Applications are reviewed by NSBE Headquarters staff.
- Chapters will receive a decision by email of approved or denied by May 31, 2026.
- Payouts will be submitted to BILL.com no later than June 30, 2026.
- Chapters will receive payout no later than July 31, 2026.

- All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
  - Proof of payment related to chapter membership fees, travel and/or housing for 2025 Regional Leadership Conference, 2025 Fall Regional Conference, or the 2026 Annual Convention
    
    Membership fees must show date of purchase between May 1, 2025 - March 6, 2026.
    
    Travel and/or housing receipts must show date of arrival, departure, and room booking during time of the event.
  - Proof of payment must show the debit / credit card assigned to the chapter, advisor, president, or finance chair and the date of purchase.
  - No relief will be given to receipts indicating payment by grant or sponsorship.
