    We are excited to announce the continuation of the oSTEM Scholarship Program! Thank you for your interest in creating a named scholarship that members of the oSTEM community can apply for.

    oSTEM will connect your organization with the awardee. Your organization and the awardee will also be recognized on oSTEM's newsletter and social media. 

    Deadline to submit scholarship criteria: 03/31/2026

    (The sooner we receive your scholarship criteria, the more time we'll have to promote it to oSTEM members.)

    Payment and funds can be sent later. Must be recived by 6/1/2026.

    This form allows you submit up to 3 unique scholarship opportunities. Please contact sponsorship@ostem.org if you're interested in creating a larger Named Scholarship fund.

  • General Criteria

    Students attending undergraduate, graduate, or community college institutions are eligible to apply. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in a STEM field, and have completed at least one semester, at an institution based in a country where oSTEM has active chapters: USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico. 

     

    Fees & Scholarship Options

    The minimum funding required to establish a Named Scholarship is $2,500 plus fees.

    • 10% Standard Administration: This option is ideal for partners who want to fund a scholarship while oSTEM manages recipient selection.
      • Partner names the scholarship
      • oSTEM selects the recipient
      • May include unlimited filterable criteria from the standard application, such as: Academic year, Major or field of study, Geographic region, demographic criteria, financial need, and other standard eligibility factors.
    • 15% Enhanced Administration: This option is for partners who want to select their awardees from a shortlist of finalists.
      • Partner names the scholarship
      • oSTEM reviews applications and provides a shortlist of qualified candidates. Partner makes the final recipient selection. 
      • May include unlimited filterable criteria from the standard application questions.
      • May include up to two custom application questions.
