  • General Information: Important Details

    All entries must be submitted through the online form. The information you provide will be used to create auction tags, so please review your details carefully for accuracy and correct spelling before submitting.

    If you need assistance completing the form or uploading an image of your donation, please contact info@fiberartsalliance.org or call 678-235-4328.

    After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of your donation form. Please print two copies—one for your records and one to include with your donation when it is delivered or shipped to SEFAA. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, check your spam folder; if it’s not there, please email info@fiberartsalliance.org.

    When delivering your donation, be sure to include a copy with your name and contact information.

    Timeline

    • March 28 by 6:00 PM EST: Online donation form deadline
    • March 31–April 3 by 2:00 PM: Donation delivery to the SEFAA Center
    • April 28–May 2, 2026: Unsold items may be picked up.
