what type of install do you desire?

If there are no appointments available for your K-tip install, please proceed to fill out this form and Yazzy will be able to service you on a Saturday-Monday or on a day that she sees fit to book you that you can't see for yourself. You can also utilize the waitlist option.

You are required to upload current, up to date photos of your natural hair when submitting this consultation form. I cannot properly evaluate you if your photos aren't up to date. Please note below if you have problem areas (thinning, weak/fragile areas, breakage spots, etc.) in the description box at the end of this form.

If you desire curly hair, you MUST upload pictures of your hair in its naturally curly state to be able to curl match properly. I do not recommend "curly" textures if you do not wear your natural hair curly often.

Ktip services includes hair of choice up to 20 inch . Longer lengths will be additional. Please be sure that hair is fully detangled before arriving to your appointment.
Ktips last up to 3-5 months but is contingent on proper upkeep.
Ktips are a full days process. Please be prepared to sit for a full day of service. Feel free to bring your own snacks & order food at your discretion.

Maintenance:

There is no "Move up" maintenance required for Ktips. They grow out with your hair and tend to look more natural as they age. Shampoo Ktips every 2-3 weeks. This can be done at home if you are skilled and knowledgeable on how to or you can book with YazzyJ. Please understand that this is a luxury service so you absolutely should want to preserve the integrity of your natural hair and extensions. It is encouraged to book your maintenance appointments ahead to make sure that your hair is at its full potential. It is not ideal wait longer than 4 weeks to come in for your first maintenance.

I understand that maintaining my extensions is very important whether I’m doing it myself or making sure to book with Yazzy to keep up my install. I understand that just because I will have in extensions, that doesn’t mean I should just neglect my hair. I understand that Yazzy is not liable if my hair gets damaged due to me not keeping up with my maintenance or booking ahead to insure that my extensions and natural hair is properly maintained and treated.*
