2026 Mid-Missouri's Christmas Festival Vendor Application

Event Date & Time: Saturday, December 5, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Depot District & Moberly Municipal Auditorium, Downtown Moberly, MO

Application Deadline: Friday, October 30, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
Please read the entire application carefully before submitting.

Vendor Setup & Logistics
- Outdoor Vendors: Setup begins at 7:00 a.m. at your assigned location (details provided closer to the event).
- Trailer Drop-Off: Vendors may drop off trailers the night before. Please call 660-263-6070 or email chamber@moberlychamber.com to make arrangements.
- Indoor Vendors: Please do not bring tents. A new indoor location will be used this year.
- Generators under 60 decibels only are permitted.
No electricity is available for outdoor or indoor vendors. Please plan accordingly.

Vendor Fees

Goods Vendor: $75

Snack Vendor: $100

Food Vendor: $125

Event Rules & Regulations
1. Vendors must be respectful of other vendors at all times.
2. Booth spaces should be clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
3. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and supplies.
4. The event will take place rain, snow, or shine. The Festival Committee, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for weather-related damage.
5. Vendors are responsible for all permits, licenses, and sales tax compliance per city and state laws.
6. All special requests must be submitted in writing with the application or by email. Requests are not guaranteed.
7. Vendors agree to hold harmless the Festival Committee, Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, Moberly Parks & Recreation, staff, and volunteers for any theft, injury, or accidents.
8. Music is permitted at vendor booths at a reasonable volume. Megaphones are prohibited.
9. Vendors are responsible for their own trash. Do NOT use public dumpsters or trash cans.
10. The Festival Committee reserves the right to modify rules or ask vendors to leave if rules are not followed.
