Before & After School Program With Shuttle Service
Program Dates: September 1 - June 31 (Monday to Friday)

Description:

Our Before & After School Program is designed to provide parents with a safe, supportive, and reliable environment for their children ages 4 to 13 outside of regular school hours. Children may be dropped off at our location before school, where they will be shuttled to their designated neighbouring schools within a 5 km radius of our location at 200 Byron Street South.

In the afternoon, children will be picked up from our neighbouring schools and transported back to our program, where they will remain in supervised care until picked up by their parent or guardian.

Program Hours:
• Before School: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• After School: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• After School Extra Care: 5:30PM - 6:00PM

Program Fees:

• Before School Only: $30 per day
• After School Only: $35 per day
• Before & After School Program: $50 per day
• After School Extra Care: Additional $5 per day

The daily fee includes supervised care and shuttle transportation to and from participating schools.

Payment Methods: Payment options include VISA, Mastercard (3% Service Charge), or Direct E-Transfer to info@monteminds.ca with child's full name on memo.

Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services at MonteMinds are non-refundable.

Fees: Parents are responsible for paying selected program fee in full regardless of their child’s attendance including absences due to illness, vacations, snow days and statutory holidays.

Responsibility: MonteMinds kindly requests parents ensure their child is dropped off and picked up within their scheduled times, as our staff cannot provide supervision outside of these hours.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Responsibility: For programs that include shuttle transportation, morning drop-off must occur at least 30 minutes prior to the school start time to ensure safe and timely shuttle service. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and picked up within their scheduled program times, as MonteMinds staff are unable to provide supervision outside of these hours.

Late Pick-Up Policy: Children must be picked up by the program’s closing time. Late pickups are subject to an additional charge of $2 per minute.
