SPRING BREAK 2026 

REGISTRATION FOR: CURRENTLY ENROLLED FAMILIES

Location: David Oppenheimer Elementary: 2421 Scarboro Ave., Vancouver

Please complete the attached Spring Break 2026 enrollment form and return it with payment to the centre by February 13, 2026. After Feb 13th, enrollment for any remaining spaces will be open to the community. 

Juniors Program: Kindergarten to Grade 3

Leaders Program: Grade 4 to Grade 7

Spring Break Hours: 7:30am to 6:00pm

Spring Break Weekly Program Fee

Kindergarten Children: $273.75

Grade 1 to 7 Children: $325.00

Families receiving Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) please see your centre supervisor for your fee. The amount will be the difference between the fee and the ACCB top up.

When your child’s enrolment is confirmed, please e-transfer fees to bobolinkpayment@sparetimesociety.org

 

Please submit a separate registration for each child.

Withdrawal Policy: Once your space is confirmed, no changes are allowed. No refunds or credits will be given unless we are able to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a full refund less a $35.00 administrative charge. There will be no refunds or credits for days not attended.

CHILD HEALTH INFORMATION

2026 SPRING PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS & CONTRACT

Expectations:

• Parents/guardians must assess their child daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, orother infectious respiratory disease before sending them to the program. If your child is ill, they must remain home. If your child shows symptoms at Spare Time, they will be isolated, and you will be contacted. Parents or caregivers must pick up their child promptly once notified that their child is ill.
• Please walk your child into the centre every morning.
• If your child will be late or absent, please notify the centre before 10:00am.
• On any given day, children may be away from the centre until 5:00pm.
• If you intend to pick your child up early, please notify the centre in advance.
• Do not let your child bring money (unless specified by the program), or anything that might be lost or broken.
• Cell phones or other electronic devices must be given to the supervisor upon arrival and will be returned when the child leaves.

 

Contract Details:

Registration will only be confirmed by payment/ACCB authorization.

NO REGISTRATION WILL BE CONFIRMED IF THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT.

I have read the Spring Break program expectations and contract and give my child permission to participate in the exciting spring break activities. I understand that I will be notified when payment is due and there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR CANCELLATIONS, unless Spare Time is able to fill my child’s spot in which case, I will receive a full refund less a $35.00 administrative charge. I will receive no refunds or credits for days my child did not attend.

I have read and understand the Spring Break agreement and agree to all terms outlined.
