Interest Form: Franklin County Plus One ADU Program

The Franklin County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) is seeking funding to help help income-eligible homeowners in Franklin County build, rehabilitate or bring up to code Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

Interested homeowners should complete this form to show interest, project readiness, and eligibility towards a funding application by FCEDC. The form is due March 27, 2026 at 5 PM. Please refer to the FAQ below for additional information on this funding.
