We invite you and your whānau to share your experiences of aged care - the good, the difficult, and everything inbetween.

You might want to tell us about:

• a particular day
• an interaction that stood out
• an ongoing issue you're dealing with
• or anything else that's important to you.

You can share as much or as little as you like.

By completing the Aged Care Whānau Impact Report you can help us understand how staffing levels, resources, and systems in aged care affect the wellbeing of residents and their whānau.

Confidentiality and care

Everything you share will be treated with care and kept confidential by NZNO.

We will not share your information with anyone else unless you give us your permission.

• follow up with you if you choose to share more about your experience, or
• invite you to community meetings about aged care issues.
