Black Label Logistics provides same-day, point-to-point delivery services within Windsor–Essex County. Services are limited to small to medium packages and non-restricted items, subject to weight, size, and content limitations.

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Package Contents
I confirm that all items submitted for delivery are legal, safe, and permitted for transport.
I confirm that packages do not contain prohibited items, including but not limited to: illegal substances, hazardous materials, firearms, weapons, perishable food, live animals, or items exceeding stated weight limits.
Packaging Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for ensuring all items are properly packaged and secured prior to pickup.
Black Label Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Same-day service is subject to availability and cutoff times.
Liability Limitation
Black Label Logistics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the delivery service paid for that job.
Payment Terms
I understand that payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer or other methods as communicated.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Black Label Logistics, its owners, operators, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the delivery of my items, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
