Children will learn:

✔ Understand and manage big feelings like frustration, sadness, or anxiety

✔ Build self-confidence through positive self-affirmation and guided challenges

✔ Communicate assertively in a respectful and confident way

✔ Develop self-regulation tools to stay calm and focused when emotions run high

✔ Learn healthy social skills and how to set safe, respectful boundaries

For the programme to run, a minimum of 3 child per run is required to start. If the programme does not meet the minimum, we will reach out to you.

This programme is for children (age 7-10) who can join group activities, follow instructions in a structured setting, and engage with peers independently. It offers learning through play and is not a therapy-based programme.
