In this fun, hands-on class, students will learn how to make soft, chewy Japanese mochi filled with delicious ice cream. We’ll explore the basics of mochi dough, proper texture, and shaping techniques while creating a variety of flavors. Each student will assemble, fill, and decorate their own mochi to take home.
